Solitaire Polymers manufactures PTFE products in Vasai and sells to buyers who may never set foot in India. Distance was costing them believability: process, quality, capacity and the people behind the company were all invisible.
The answer was a virtual factory: one corporate film that walks a buyer through the plant the way a site visit would.

The client told us what happened next. An importer in Noida did not believe Indian PTFE manufacturers of this standard existed until he saw the film, then chose them over his cheaper Chinese supplier. A Bangalore prospect converted in one minute of watching: drop my brand, give me yours. He is now a distributor.
