PROJECT PLANNING
HOW DO WE START?

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
Corporate and brand films, photography, event coverage, personal branding for founders, social media content, and design. If a business needs all of it at once, Brand Zero builds the complete brand in a single engagement.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
Every project is scoped and quoted individually based on the deliverables, shoot days, crew and locations involved. After a short discovery call we send you a clear quote. We don't work off fixed rate cards.
RETAINERS OR ONE-OFF PROJECTS?
Both. We take on one-off projects and ongoing monthly retainers for brands that need content regularly.
HOW FAST WILL YOU REPLY?
Within 48 hours, usually much faster. We work in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL TIMELINES?
Timelines depend on the scope of the project and are agreed at kickoff. We commit to a delivery schedule up front and hold to it.
HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
The number of revision rounds is agreed for each project and written into the quote, so you know exactly what's included before we start.
DO WE GET THE RAW FILES?
Raw files are included, one hundred percent. We hold the raw footage for six months after delivery. Beyond that we keep the data only for a fee, so we ask every client to take all their data once the project wraps.
THE STUDIO
WHERE ARE YOU BASED, AND DO YOU TRAVEL FOR SHOOTS?
Our flagship studio is in Pune, two floors of it, with a second base in Mumbai and Ibrahim on the ground in Dubai. We shoot across India and the UAE, and we travel wherever the work is. Hasan regularly flies out to meet clients and walk their factory floors before a single frame is shot.
IS YOUR TEAM IN-HOUSE OR FREELANCERS?
In-house, on payroll, under one roof. The people on our About page are the people on your project. No rotating cast of freelancers, no outsourced edits.
WHO WILL ACTUALLY WORK ON MY PROJECT?
The same crew you can see and name on our About page. Depending on the project you'll work directly with our editors, photographers and social team, and Hasan's sign-off is the last gate every frame passes before it reaches you.
DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE YOUR CITY?
Yes. We're based in Pune and Mumbai with a presence in Dubai, and we work with clients across India and internationally. Briefing and delivery run remotely; we travel for the shoot.
DO YOU SHOOT WEDDINGS?
Not under this roof. Weddings run through Rivayate by Hexareel Studios, our dedicated weddings brand with its own team and process. Write to us and we'll point you the right way.
